For rentals more than one day or for specific requirements, please contact customer service to complete this purchase.

If your valuable customer changes his plane and decides to cancel the event request, he or she needs kindly to inform our team before 24 hours. 

If the amount is paid by Cash, the customer will receive the refund immediately by cash

If the amount is paid by Credit card machine, the customer will receive the refund 7-14 business days.

If the amount is paid by My Fatoorah, the customer will receive the refund within 24 hours.
